There should never be any identical usernames working on a workset project. When nobody else is working on the project you can open a central file and pretend to be the ill mannered users that havent relinquished elements properly. It is an awesome way to resolve little matters when people are all out of the model. at 8:00 AM.

There isnt an easy button to just eliminate shared coordinates in a project. You can move the Survey Point back to the same spot as the Project Base Point and then use Specify Coordinates at Point to reset the coordinates the file is using. You can't turn on the Visibility of either Survey or Project Base Point in a Link.
