Not much of a catch but there is no equivalent floor in this case. If there was a floor there Id just check the properties of the floor. you could sketch your own a floor around the perimeter pretty quickly. For my money, Id probably favor a floor. Steve - Have you considered mass floors? ► 2008.

The tower was used to guard Al Ain Oasis as well as the underground water system. In 2008, the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi began the conservation project, preserving the fort’s exterior and transforming its arcaded gallery into a visitor and exhibition center. It also served as a home to members of the ruling family.

When MEP (Systems as it was called then) appeared a year later they extended the concept to Mechanical and Electrical (plumbing lumped in with Mechanical till release 2013). Engineers dont generally do reflected plans so Revit made it easier to generate regular floor plans that show their elements in a way they expect to see them.

Area plans could help document such things but then floor plans would be "ignorant" of what these kinds of "areas" are, no tagging possible, just "dumb text".
