On November 17, 2016, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) issued a Final Rule designed to better protect workers at risk of falls from heights or on the same level. Safety Net System: Stops falling workers before they hit a lower level or obstruction. Cages and wells are not a ladder safety system.
