£1bn London 670-home old brewery scheme approved

Controversial plans to redevelop a former brewery site on the Thames to provide 667 homes have been approved by London’s Richmond council. The 22-acre historic former Stag Brewery site on the south bank of the Thames at Mortlake is being brought forward by development manager Dartmouth Capital Partners.
