Fannie Mae Revises Its 2024 Home Price Growth Forecast

Home price growth is starting to slow down. According to National Mortgage Professional, Fannie Mae recently revised its 2024 home price growth forecast from 4.3% to 4.7%, down from a 6% increase in 2023. The 2025 projection was also slightly lowered from 3.2% to 3.1%. This shift is likely due to improved inventory.
