HS2 job cuts continue as another section delayed

Barratt London plans in for Canning Town towers

Barratt London is pressing ahead with plans for a major mixed tenure scheme in east London despite the weakening housing market. The firm has submitted plans to build seven blocks ranging from 8 to 30 storeys in Canning Town on a 4 acre site known as Crown Wharf on the River Lea.
